Wow, I can't stop looking at my new favorite site on hair and fashion. The site is Style Bistro and the LookBook Hair is where I get lost for hours checking out celebrities and their current hair fashions.

Kim Kardashian is one of the favorites to be at the top of every style page.  Her stylist uses hair extensions to get the balayage and ombre affect. This is one of the best way for ladies with long dark hair to lighten locks without chemically altering or damaging the hair,  not to mention that extensions don't fade, so the color stays consistent. Check out who else who else is wearing the similar styles, such as Olivia Wilde, Ciara and Giuliana Rancic.

And how about Marissa Miller and her goddess-like hair that I find incredibly perfect?! The most important thing I noticed while looking at her style photos is that she keeps the ends of her hair very tapered.  Not only does this have a more natural effect than being too blunt, but it also creates a very tousled, sexy, understated look, like "ya, I just woke up and threw on this cocktail dress"... wink wink.  Anna Paquin of True Blood, Mila Kunis and Jennifer Lopez are other good examples of this.
